V	Vince Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are good when you can see them. The new signage is terrible. Small and not visible. Particularly lower shelves where the price signs are covered with plastic covers. Print is too small on all the signs.

It is really hard to get my 2 kids out of the car (5 and 3 year old), in this cold to get the groceries from the fridge. I no longer see a reason to order if i need to get in the store to pick up.

I spent more time waiting in line because my cashier had to run over to the self check out area every minute or so because someone needed help. Let me be very clear I do not support self check out I don't see the point. Still need a cashier to help you scan your groceries. Takes jobs away from people. I have been coming to this store every week for three years. One big reason I loved the staff..now I need to search out a new store very dissatisfied customer

Sometimes, the price on shelf doesnt match whats rings at register, so we had to watchout. The cashier requires a Managers approval to price match, which makes checkout super slow. Also, this stores' price match policy is questionable at best and changes a lot. Example - changing stores they consider, quantity they would allow, etc.

It took me over an hour on the phone, where first the online people said I had to call the store, then the people at the number they gave me said it wasn't actually the store because the store can't be reached by phone and I would need to call the online people...which I did again and finally got someone to tell me I could pick my order up the next day when the snow had been cleared. The order itself was fine, although several of the substitutions were for items that cost 3 times as much as the sale items I had wanted and I never would have bought them at that price. At the store, there were no pick up instructions (just which fridge my order was in) - nobody was there to verify that I was the one who should be picking up my order, or to check that I took the correct things...it would have been very easy for someone else to walk in and just take what they wanted to. I ended up buying a few extra things while I was there, and I was reminded why I tend not to shop at No Frills...the whole "you must have a loonie to put in a cart" and also having to guess how many bags I think I will use before I can pack my groceries. Overall, it wasn't the end of the world, but I will always prefer to shop somewhere else.
