★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their construction takes forever??? the roofing tar odor is horrible. We even couldn’t enjoy staying in our backyard in this such beautiful weather. Seriously, get the construction done ASAP????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once posted that this Fortinos wouldn't ever get more than two stars from me until they addressed their customer service levels. I am very pleased to say that my last 7 or 8 visits have been very good. Karen and Sydney certainly seem to be the cashiers that smile the most and engage their customers but I have also found the on floor personnel to be more engaging as well. We have been craving halibut for a while now and I managed to takle advantage of their special on Sunday....smelled a little "too fishy" but the fellow behind the counter assured me it was fine. So we splurged.....i missed his name but he was quite helpful. Well done Fortinos....consistency is the key so "Keep it Up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get strawberry shortcakes from different Fortinos locations all the time, this one was hands down the best one I've ever had. Perfevt ratios of everything, and so fresh!! I got cupcakes to go along with it and a cheesecake, for a few birthdays for staff. The younger girl helping me was so helpful. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store but they need to put their shopping scooters near the entry door not at the far side of the store. Disabled people can't walk that far. I stopped going there because of that. When the renovations are over i will try again unless they move the scooters to front. I have my drugs delivered now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is a legend! If your butcher doesn't wear a hardhat, is he really a butcher? The butcher counter has some of the best steaks I've ever tried, and I've eaten a lot of steaks. I have paid double the price at expensive butcher shops, and 4 times the price at expensive restaurants, for steaks that weren't even as good as a fortinos ribeye.. the butcher is very helpful too, will cut you new steaks whatever thickness you want. If you get the ribeyes i recommend the cheaper ones, they have 2 differently priced ribeyes but I've tried both and I'm convinced they're identical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly one of the best stores in Waterdown. Very nicely managed with friendly staff. Top notch bakery section. It is getting expanded and hopefully we'll get to see a sushi counter along with other food choices - can't wait. Has become my go-to store for custom ordered cakes and fresh bakery stuff.
