During the pandemic, they have been offering online webinars with topics ranging from gardening to exercising to discussions on pelvic floor. A topic I had no idea about. I find all the workshops were very informative, in addition to some being interactive as well. If their offices were located in the City of Toronto or at lease closer to Toronto, I would definitely use their service. Thank you for all you're doing!! Tammy
C	Corina Murphy - Central Board Office (0001) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natalie Lehto, Physiotherapist at Fit for Life, was instrumental to my recovery from knee replacement surgery. Although I had received physio treatment from another agency and was well on my way to using my new knee, I had some lingering pain which limited my ability going down the stairs or downhill. Natalie showed me how my hip, shoulder, ribs and neck on the ipsilateral side were contributing to my pain and limiting my movement. She gave me specific exercises which targeted all of these areas and I felt the difference in my knee within a few days of seeing her and doing these exercises. She has been friendly, responsive and professional throughout my time with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone requiring physiotherapy treatment!

I’ve personally been receiving Physio ,osteo and massage therapy after a serious MVA . My team put together a Plan for me which includes sharing all their ideas and findings on how to treat me for the best possible outcome. The office staff takes care over all my insurances and I can honestly say that I’ve never received better care anywhere .

I chose her for her extensive knowledge in pelvic anatomy. She has a lovely, calm and caring way about her and everything worked out well. Most appreciative for all she did for me.

Over the years I have had treatments from Miriam, David and Wendy. All of whom listen, and offer the best possible care to their patients. Reception staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful as well.

Taryn walked me through step by step of the healing process. She gave exercises that strengthened and improved the wrist and ultrasound treatment to help with the pain and stiffness. She was very encouraging and was so much fun to chat with while I was there. The support staff there are also incredible. They were able to work with me on scheduling and even moved an appointment when I wrote down the wrong timeframe. Fit for Life Physiotherapy is like hanging out with friends!

I’ve brought family members to her , and the results Are outstanding I had a terrible incident happen to me. Natalie’s respect and concern for my well being is so reassuring. She has helped come so far in my recovery. Fit For Life is a great place! Always spotless! Important to me for cleanliness especially in covid times. Completely up to date and following all government standards above and beyond. Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating! I drive 1/2 hour to get to my appointments, but would drive farther so that I could have Natalie care for myself and family.
