The coffee wasn't good, home fries I asked for well done and they were greasy and under cooked. For two omelets and 2 coffee our meal for breakfast was $43 before tip. We will not be returning.
S	Svenja Brandt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly waitstaff, it was our server Stephani's 3rd day and she was an absolute delight. We are certain she will be a great addition to the team! The food took a minute, but not too long, and we were rewarded for the little bit of with genuine homemade food. Hubby had the chicken clubhouse and I ordered the breakfast clubhouse. Even though my way of ordering eggs is unusual and I am sure a bit of extra work, the kitchen staff got it perfect. All our food was delicious and we are thrilled to add this little gem to our list of absolutely have to come back to places.
K	Kathryn J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place lost my business today, when after faithful patronage, especially over the last two years during the pandemic, the rude owner insisted that we pay $4 for 4 masks, even spending over $100 on our breakfast and to walk less than 5 feet from the door to our table. Lots of people were walking out of the restaurant without masks, but we needed to pay $4 to be treated rudely. Owner is very rude. I will never eat there again … and you’re welcome for the significant amount we spent on your place, especially over the last two years. Good bye to your restaurant. Our dollars will be spent elsewhere.
J	J. Dinning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for breakfast. A little dated inside and could use a fresh up but food was good. However, what you get for the price is a little on the high side. Not my favorite but not the worse place for a decent breakfast. Staff are friendly and attentive.

D	Diana T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Russell Williams is a Burlington staple! It’s my favourite place for breakfast and I can always count on it being delicious (their pancakes are a must ?). I hope everyone keeps in mind that this a family owned restaurant and every restaurant is doing their best right now given current times/on and off restrictions. If you’re unhappy with provincial restrictions, I suggest taking it up with the Premier’s office and letting small businesses continue to do what they have to do to stay afloat. I for one am just grateful that they’re able to push through and keep their doors open for us, and I hope everyone continues to treat restaurant owners/staff with respect and kindness.
R	Ryan Floro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a late brunch at this Burlington/Aldershot landmark on the weekend. Russell Williams has been around since the 1950's. It's won tons of local awards for the best breakfast and I had to try it. Honestly...its was alright. The service was acceptable..not overly friendly but just enough not to get disappointed. Our breakfasts were tasty but the wife's eggs were undercooked. Coffee was hot but no table checks or refills unless I asked. After asking for a refill, we were given a bill. I guess I didn't want anything else...very much a 3 star experience.
