P	Philip Sherin Jose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a pretty limited menu. They didn't have some of the items in the menu but we went towards the end so that was understandable. The food tasted decent but the staff were not knowledgeable about the food - was told there was no meat in a dish, although it had ham in it. The beverage menu is pretty good and has a lot of options.

They melted in your mouth and were delicious:) Best experience with breakfast in a long time. The ambiance was incredible too!! Definitely recommend!! Staff were incredible.

R	Riddhima Chandani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a limited number of items on their menu to begin with and the day we went in, we had even lesser options to choose from because few items from the menu were not available for the day. The server will seat you at the table but you’ve to walk at the counter to place the order & pay for the food which is fine but we weren’t informed on the unavailable menu items when being seated. Unfortunately, we decided to grab the items that were unavailable and were informed at the counter about that however I would have very much appreciated this information when we were being seated or even a chalk-board with the information of items that are not available. Their fresh juices were not available either. We ordered alternate food & beverage items. I ordered the Omlette from their feature menu and confirmed if it had any meat; the server confirmed there was going to be no meat however it came with Ham on it so I was very disappointed. The portion size of their sandwiches are very small. Food tasted as basic as any breakfast place could and my hot chocolate was really weak and less chocolate-y.

I can say there are a lot of brunch spots in James Street, but this small cozy spot is worth a visit. There are limited seating, but lots of people are ordering items to go from my observation. We got The Malibu and featured short stack which was the banana & chocolate pancakes. Both are tasty items and would definitely come back for the burger

F	Franz Sanvictores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome locally owned spot for a chill vibe and amazing espresso. Took my new wife along with mom for brunch on a Saturday. Always friendly service and quality food and coffee. The stacked feature was a peach yogurt on their delicious fluffy pancakes. Wife had the egg and bacon on a croissant with pickled red onions. Always a good visit or stop by. Great to see them doing well and don't mind waiting in line.
