Keelin was the lady on staff today when I came in for some safety gear and she was fantastic! Great store and even better staff!

I'm going to echo Christina L. We came to Wilson's primarily for the Greenhawk sale but wanted to have fun at the activites as well. Before Christina and her client went on the zip line we went to Greenhawk to look around for a few minutes before their time started when their time started I stayed behind to continue to try on boots- I was never asked if I needed help or anything really. When It was time for me to purchase my boots and a few other items it was almost like an inconvenience for the lady working and this was after I stood at the till for 2-3mins and finally caught her eye. I asked to leave my bag behind the desk and said that my friends and I would be back to shop more they were just at an actively to which I got " we close at 5 you know?!" "Ummm ok they finish at like 415-430 so no problem" left my bag and joined my friends. We were back at the store for 4pm plenty of time but were met with "we close at 5pm" time and time again I helped my friends with their purchases and even had people In the store looking around come to me with questions on products and advice- the one lady and her 2 kids I could have sold her $500 or more but she left with a pair of cheap half chaps... there was a huge missed opportunity and I did let the lady know I didn't work there and she was like who does to which I shrugged my shoulders. While Christina's client was trying on boots we had many different pairs out for her to try on the lady "working" there was walking past saw the boots and looked angry and let out a big sigh and walked away in a huff... to be honest I was tempted to tell Chistina to leave all the boots where they were and make her work since we were doing her job for her in every other respect. Had we not been there for this client she would have walked out the store and not returned. Numerous time we were told "we close at 5" to the point of annoyance. So when we did leave it was 445pm... The store honestly wasnt that busy either. Other than my group I saw there were a few people who came and went (also without assistance). Also! Last month my husband and I stop by to pick up one specific item. We walked in, grabbed the item and walked straight to the till and no one was there. We asked the Wilson cashiers if we could pay at their till but they said no and they would radio someone. When that person radioed back the answer was "do they just have a question or are they actually going to buy something?" Excuse me?? My husband was furious at that! He had to pay since I wasnt feeling well and had to go outside to get fresh air but he said the young lady with blonde hair was rude and barely even gave him the time of day. I've been shopping at Greenhawks across the country and since this location moved into this new building it's gone down hill fast! Very unimpressed!

I always like my experience at Greenhawk at Wilson. That why it is still 3 stars. OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 1 STAR FOR COSTUMER SERVICE. On Sunday the 14th, i had one of the worst service i encounter in a long time. I came with a friend and a client to get a qouple of items and taking advantage of the sale but we mostly bought what we needed. If it wouldn't be for my friend and me my client would have walk out with 0 $ spent. The only reasons we bought the things we needed ,we came all the way from Regina. At the moment Regina doesn't have an adequate English store anymore. The lady who was in the store was to busy to telling us that the store was closing at 5pm. At that time it was 3.15pm. She did that before that as well to my friend who was in there earlier. We went to a quick zipline run and were back before 4pm. When we came back we got reminded again that she close at 5pm. No offer if we need help, not once even when we started to try out riding pants and shoes. I try to find her because i needed help to reach for some trousers who hang to high for me but she was nowhere to be seen. So i took one of the brush boxes, which i wanted to buy anyway as a step which they are made for. The women just came out of nowhere and said i can't do that. I politely explained i would buy the box anyway and i couldn't find her before, so she could help. She reluctantly gave me the trouser i asked for, but again didn't offer any help. In the meantime there was a mother in the store with 2 kids, who asked my friend for help because she thought she was working for the store ... In the end my friend and i got everything together for my client, my friend and i managed to get s few things as well. Iwanted to buy a few more item which i now buy online since it would have required help from the person in the store. We still bought together over 1000$ in merchandise. Which if the situation would have been differently we wouldn't have. We went out of the store 10 minutes before 5pm. I am not sure if I would sent any client to the store if they don't know for sure what to buy.

Nice place, good selection, but some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was there for 15-20 minutes, and no one made eye contact with me, let alone ask if I needed any help. The girl behind the counter was busy chatting with a friend. Really disappointing to be ignored so thoroughly.

This is one of my favorite equestrian stores other than Cowtown or Lammels

This location is, at best, a "Horsey Boutique" wing of a gigantic yuppie home and garden showroom in an unbearably insufferable area of the city. Let's just put it this way, when you drive into this hive of Mc-Mansions, a good tack shop is not what you would expect to find... and alas...you won't find one. This is the place for little girls to drag their parents in to buy them a pink hoof pick and a crop with glitter on it when they don't actually own a horse.

The products are nice and good quality, the store is attractive and mostly well organized (clearance was jumbled and English pads and signage were confusing). However, I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. Every question was either brushed off, or treated as an interruption. The English pads had a confusing sign that didn't clearly denote what items were on sale, so when I chose one that wasn't on sale I swapped it - which took less than a minute. The person at the counter was visibly annoyed and ignored my friend who was still at the counter. She made sure to gesture towards other customers who were now waiting, though they were happily still trying on helmets and other products. When I was paying, I said I didn't require a bag (environment, yo), and was told in a snippy voice that I had to have one due to an arrangement with Wilson's. Which is fine - I just don't need that kind of attitude along with it. Her attitude was bad enough that I am still tempted to return everything and purchase my items from another supplier. It isn't often I get to shop for pony stuff, so having a bad experience like this was extra disappointing. I expect better, and hope to see changes the next time I shop in this store. IF I shop there again.
