As per Stihl Canada’s instructions, contacted them for a part for a Stihl lawnmower. They said they could not get that part after checking with Stihl. Contacted another authorized distributor and they placed an order for me right away.

Ordered a chain saw here. They didn't have it ready like they said they would. Not the end of the world. After a 40 minute wait they handed me the saw and I left. Got home and noticed they gave me the WRONG saw. Too bad it was a cheaper one instead of a better model... back into the city tomorrow to wait in line again for the one I paid for Edit*** For the record, I received a free upgrade from a 16 inch bar to an 18 inch bar (I was told this is a $40 upgrade). I received this upgrade after greentech initially refused to take responsibility for their mistake and blamed me for not checking to see if I had received the correct saw from them before I left the store. I was quite upset and asked for my money back. To their credit they changed their minds and gave me the upgrade but reluctantly. They made me feel more like a burden on them than a valued customer. For this added fun experience at Greentech Carp and snarky reply to my first review I would actually reduce my grade to zero stars if it were an option. I will never shop at this location again.

We purchased a John Deere S240 tractor with various attachments. Tractor is great, but we still have not received any of the attachments to effectively use the tractor. We understand supply line difficulty during Covid, everyone does. However, returning a (several calls over weeks) phone call after months of trying to get an eta would be appreciated. Post purchase service needs a lot more work.

I recently purchase a John Deere 1025 from Green Tech and thought I would share how great my experience was with them. Stefan was very professional and was always quick to respond to my questions and Karissa was also very helpful and professional in getting me through the paper work. My tractor was delivered quickly and without a glitch and I should of bought a 1025 a long ago, I am extremely happy with my purchase. The gentleman who delivered the tractor was also very polite, professional and helpful. At the same time that all of this was happening I purchased an after market starter from these folks to repair my old tractor so that I could sell it. The stater had a defect and I had to return it but the manufacturer said that the break in the housing was not related to their product. Green Tech management stood up for me and got me a refund, you cannot ask for better then that.

I worked with Stefan Polacek in purchasing a new John Deere 1025r. He guided me the whole process from start to finish and even followed up on issues I had after the purchase. I was having issues getting the mower deck off and back on. It took 2 hours to disconnect and reconnect instead of 2 minutes, because the pins would not latch. Stefan visited my home to check for himself and took pictures and video of the problem. The next day, he had a mobile maintenance team at my home to adjust the deck setting. Now everything is perfect. Great sales and support!

been very happy with phillippe sales and stephan in sales and pick up. A bit disappointed that JD do not have cab for this machine it was suppose to be available this fall that was reason I bought the new 370 in the first place so I would not be out in the blowing snow the fenders have been rolled for 2 years my wife said after spending 11000.00 dollars JD should throw the cab in .I guess we blame on covit 19 for that other wise machine working well mike
