Every time I pass by, weather it’s the dead of the winter and -20 or 30 degrees in the summer, this business keeps their “guard dog” confined to an outdoor cage. This cage is highly visible east bound from Carlton place. It is no bigger than 10’x10’. In my opinion this is extremely inhuman and no way for a dog to live out the entirety of his/her life. I’m in the construction and land development business and would never hire this company because of the way they treat animals.
