However once home one of the trees is sick so w have tried calling them everyday for the last week. No one we've answers the phone and the do not return customer voicemails. Very frustrating customer service.

Pretty much a buy or leave mentality when all you are doing is asking pertinent questions so you make sure you get the right tree and don't have to return it later. After I asked a question about tree branch height the owner said he doesn't have time and that he has to help another customer.

The people chirping this place and its owners are clearly clueless about gardening or are complainers; i've been twice and spent a few hundred dollars both times, even got a discount because I bought alot. The prices are VERY reasonable. Its been different owners both times and they are in no way rude, they asked if I needed help but I prefer to do things on my own so I politely declined and gathered up the plants of my choosing. If the plants withered away it's not their fault its yours because you didn't take proper care or choose a proper location to plant. And if your not satisfied don't bash them on here, go speak up for yourself in person I'm sure their more than willing to fix a mistake.
C	Christy Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in on Sunday and purchased 6 trees. We were hesitant on buying 2 of the 6 trees as we were headed to another nursery afterwards. We specifically asked the employee if we could return the 2 trees if necessary (they hadn't been dug up) and she said that wasn't a problem. A few days later I came in with my receipt to return 2 of the 6 trees and one of the owners refused to give me a full refund and demanded a 25% restocking fee...for a tree that was never even taken out of the ground of their nursery! He said he didn't even bother to consult his employee about what she said to us. Rude man and poor business model. *Update: After having much anxiety over how the one owner treated me, I had my husband go in to discuss the situation with the other owner. The other owner was kind and understood our situation and refunded us the money. Wish I could give the nursery more stars for his sake but the other owner was too incredibly rude.

It's a large lot for two people to cover which may explain some of the service inconsistencies. Good prices, nice open space and close to home.
J	Judy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went into Green Acres Tree Farm 3 years ago to buy a pear tree as we learned that, the Asian pear apple tree we had needed 2 in order to pollinate. We asked the man(owner) the only person insight for help. I asked him if a Bartlett pear tree would works because we didn’t want another pear apple tree. He was not only not helpful but was very rude. He kept belittling me in front of my husband that I didn’t know much about fruit trees. He looked angry and upset of something. We bought the Bartlett pear tree and left. We both sworn we would never step into that farm ever again. The tree we bought did poorly and fruits weren’t sweet at all.
R	R C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got beautiful gorgeous trees from this place for such reasonable prices. They did not deliver at the time but it was so worth it for us. The quality of the trees are next level. The caretaker takes care of these trees as their his own. The negative reviews may be looking for a different service but when I have gone here there was one person doing the coordination, so that needs to be taken into consideration. It’s hard for one person to coordinate when many customers come. It was worth the wait for me, I always made sure to go on a day where I didn’t have too much on my plate.
