★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flex line blew & was spraying everywhere, Colin responded to his dispatch on a Sunday promptly & professionally. I am very grateful for him! The service call for a Sunday bared an extra ? cost of $165 ($200 w/ tax ) unfortunately, otherwise parts and labour were reasonable, both the diagnostic and fix were fairly quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so pleased that I called Lewis MacLean P&H to assess and fix the cracked pipes in my barn that happened due to the extreme cold. I was able to get an appointment very on the next business day. Their technician Colin arrived on time, assessed the problem, was able to fix the problem to get me some water and will return to finish the rest this week when a part arrives. Colin was a pleasure to work with and helped me understand how to prevent this in the future. I will never hesitate to call this company again for any of my plumbing needs.

Kind, professional service person who answered all our questions. Very satisfied with the service. Would recommend and will be using them for any future services needed in our new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, thank you for showing a picture of Mr Paisley. He wore his face mask, as did I, during the entire time of the service call. Nice to see his face.
This was an emergency service call to locate a burst pipe, isolate it and return water service to my home. Actual repair work to be completed later.
He was thorough, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I'm happy with the service and grateful that there was someone able to attend after 6 pm.

The plumber(Colin) called prior to arriving just as receptionist said & then he arrived less than 30 mins later.
After explaining my facet/valve issues Colin was very knowledgeable & explained what needed to be done & gave me a quote right away. The cost was very reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner & the my hot water was working again. During the time in my home Colin was polite & friendly.
I will be using this company for any plumbing &/or heating issues in the future. I highly recommend this company.

He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with all the work being done. both my dogs really liked him as well. I would definitely use this company again for my plumbing issues.
