★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude truck driver. He boxed in half a dozen parked cars in a Costco parking lot in Winnipeg and flat out refused to move when asked. He then saw my United States license plate and, when I said he can’t just refuse to move and keep people there like that, he told me ‘this is Canada and I can do whatever I want’ while pointing to my license plate. It took calling inside the store and having a manager come out to get him to let cars out of the parking spaces and even that took 15 minutes.
