★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hair salon with reasonable price. I had to wait only for 2 minutes today. This is the second time that I am here. Both times were great experiences in service and time. They keep your hair style preferences for first few times in their computer system so they can track your history. I made a different hairstyle request today but the young lady (K) performed well. She is young but experienced. As it is not easy to cut my hair as the style that I want. She is very knowledgeable about types of hair and how to make it as I requested. Well done. I will definitely be back to her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for it all one length and came home with this. The lady didn't properly part, wet or brush the top layer of my head so when I properly parted my hair at home it looked like this. I was also specifically asked if I wanted it longer in the front which I said no to but it did end up longer in the front. I know I probably could have gone back to have it fixed for free but that is pretty annoying so I fixed it myself. Everyone working that day was really nice but I think not properly parting, wetting and combing the hair during a haircut is kind of an unbelievable mistake for a hairdresser to make. Two stars for the kindness of the workers and the fact that I probably could have gotten it fixed for no charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was here to get his haircut the stylist by the name of April was rude, with extreme attitude issue and very aggressive. Very poor job done spray water on his face did not apologized and never offer a tissue. Did not shake off the hairs after the cut. Absolutely not acceptable customer service. I hope she wakes up on the better side of the bed on her next shift because no one should have to put up with that type of attitude.

If you need a haircut, I HIGHLY recommend booking in with Kate at Great Clips at the Eagle Creek location! She's been cutting/styling my hair for quite a while now and she's very talented with a pair of scissors...plus, her customer service is absolutely outstanding!
Who says you need to spend a small fortune to get a new look...✂️??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how no nonsense this place is! I love the way Kate cuts my hair! I drive 40 minutes for the great cut and super value. Checking in online is mega easy so waiting is minimal!
