★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new Gym! It's beautiful, clean, spacious, and you don't have to wait for equipment. The owners, staff, and trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and always friendly. The space has a relaxed atmosphere as the staff doesn't pressure members, unlike other gyms I've been to. The best part is that it is open 24 hours!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First: Front desk taking your credit card behind the desk and out of site. Huge potential for fraud and CC theft.
Second: Equipment want working, apparently due to dead batteries, seems like something that would be easy to check prior to close everyday that your equipment is working as its a 24/7 gym.
Third: Cards and nothing blank white pieces of plastic with no personal info or branding which is just weird and cheap, lose you card well no one can return it to you guess that mean you have to pay another $25 for another 0.99c card.
Fourth: Higher prices then competitors for nothing unless you plan to take classes.
Fifth: Owner leaks personal/Private information in relies to google review possibly going against the consumer protection act.
Sixth: Over all small and kind of under equipped for the monthly cost, only redeeming factor is being open 24/7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of Good Life Fitness and Anytime Fitness in the past and I went to Eagle Creek due to their proximity to my home. As I have been burned by bad customer service in the past, I had my guard up when I signed up with Eagle Creek, but I didn't need to. They respond very quickly when things are off (but they never are!), the staff keep the space very clean and they have a ton of equipment and classes!

The gym is exceptionally maintained, the facilities are clean and comfortable and the staff are nothing but wonderful. I would recommend this club to anyone wanting to begin their fitness journey. What a welcoming and warm environment.
