★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm SO glad I stopped in today! I went in for an overdue oil change, and they pulled a mouse nest out from the top of my very dirty air filter, gross! I am now mad at my auto dealer, because recently my fan had burnt out, they replaced the fan motor, and didn't even catch the underlying cause! These technicians here gave me great service and were very professional and thorough with everything. I'm so glad they found the root cause of the issue. And they gave me coffee to boot! Thanks guys!

We stopped because we noticed our oil was showing it may have been overfilled last time we got an oil change and a transmission change 1000 km ago at a different Branch. They checked all of our levels and we were in deed over. They quickly drained what needed to be drained. They were careful to get the levels right and sent us on our way at no charge. Great group of guys that know what they are doing. Be safe and choose Great Canadian Oil Change in Vernon!!!

We were visiting from Edmonton and had some issues that they were able to help us with and get us back on the road. We couldn't more fully recommend this garage! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had my truck in for a oil change ($150) and it would have been nice if they topped up the other fluids as needed. I have gone to quite a few different oil change places over the years and most of them top other fluids if your paying premium for the top of the line oil changes. Also would be nice if they checked tire precure while there as well. Also offering the customer a beverage other than coffee would be appreciated. Need to step up their customer service a little to get better reviews.
