J'ai fait installé mon comptoir de granit en janvier 2020. J'avais remarqué des trous dans le granit. J'ai fait plusieurs appels et courriels et on me répondait toujours qu'ils n'avaient pas le temps ou ne passaient pas dans mon coin. Cela va faire un an et je n'ai toujours pas eu de technicien. Ne vous fiez pas à ce qui est écrit sur le site en gros (Le service est au coeur de nos priorités) car ce n'est pas le cas. Je rajouterai ceci : je leur avais fait parvenir une mise en demeure leur demandant simplement de venir voir le problème. Je ne demandais pas un nouveau comptoir, juste une réparation. Ils ont été cherché la lettre recommandée plusieurs jours après la date limite et jamais on a daigné me donner un retour. Si je n’avais pas eu de problèmes de santė, je les aurais poursuivi en Cour. En bon québécois, on appelle ça des crosseurs. I advise people not to do business with this company. After-sales service is non-existent. I had my granite countertop installed in January 2020. I had noticed holes in the granite. I made several calls and emails and I was always told that they didn't have the time or didn't come around my corner. It's been a year and I still haven't had a technician. Do not be fooled by what is written on the wholesale site (Service is our top priority) because it is not. I will add this: I had sent them a formal notice simply asking them to come and see the problem. I wasn't asking for a new counter, just a repair. They were searched for the registered letter several days after the deadline and no one ever bothered to give me a return. If I hadn't had any health problems, I would have sued them in court. As a good Quebecois, we call them crosseurs.

Le comptoir de quartz ne faisait pas..trop petit! Ils ont dû reprendre les mesures et en commander un autre. Sans parler des installateurs..ils sont arriver bing bang sans faire attention. Je dois mettre 1 étoile afin de mettre mon commentaire sinon ça serait un gros zéro sur toute la ligne!!!!! Where to start! Worst customer service if you can call it service. Real amateurs! Not even able to take the measurements correctly. The quartz counter was not ... too small! They had to take the measurements again and order another one. Not to mention the installers ... they arrived bing bang without paying attention. I must put 1 star in order to put my comment otherwise it would be a big zero on the whole line !!!!!

Je recommande fortement cette entreprise de granite. Super good service before and after the sale. The staff who measured and installed were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this granite company.

Ils n'ont pas su bien nous conseiller et l'information sur le quartz n'était pas exact puisqu'on nous a pas informer que ça tache facilement. On avait mentionné que nous avions de jeunes enfants, il aurait fallu nous proposer un autre produit peut-être parce que notre comptoir tache à la moindre fraise, moutarde, vin, couvercle conserve qui va dessus. Avoir su ça je n'aurais pas acheter ce comptoir. Il a à peine 2 ans et plein de tâches qui ne partent pas. Pourtant on fait très attention et on applique leurs recommandations : ne pas couper directement sur le comptoir, ne pas mettre de plats chaud et ne pas utiliser de nettoyants abrasifs. Très déçue de leur service et de leur recommandation. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with the quality of the product and the service. They did not know how to advise us well and the information on quartz was not accurate since we were not informed that it stains easily. We had mentioned that we had young children, we should have been offered another product perhaps because our counter stains at the slightest strawberry, mustard, wine, can lid that goes on it. To have known that I would not have bought this counter. He is barely 2 years old and full of stains that won't go away. However, we are very careful and we apply their recommendations: do not cut directly on the counter, do not put hot dishes and do not use abrasive cleaners. Very disappointed with their service and their recommendation.
