★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup base is great. I think that without a discount for grand opening the food is super expensive for what it is. It is mala tang afterall. You can go to crystal mall and get the same thing for like half the price.
A couple things I have to point out. I saw them cutting up the spam lunchon meat in the back... and they did not use the SPAM brand. They need change to SPAM, I know it is more expensive but I could taste the inferior canned meat.
I think this place is best if you buy the soup base with some meat, mushrooms and veggies then go home and boil up some ramen noodles. You could probably feed 4 people with just one order of soup.

Large and clean dining area. Free street parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean dining area with lots of space inside. The soup was really good, had high spicy with sesame and garlic. Very flavorful. The host was very friendly and very welcoming. 1 major complaint I have is the spoon... It is a deep bowl and it's a straight wooden spoon... It is so hard to get a good spoonful of soup. Super dumb, does not make sense at all. If the had a good spoon this would have been a 5 star lol. Also the lamb meat slices are too thick so it's very chewy. Change the spoons please. All in all very good but it is on the pricey side as it is by weight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave this place a try while walking around. Smelled amazing from outside, lots of variety, some veggies were not fresh, good spice level, a bit oily though. The cook times need major improvement, different elements were not at optimal doneness for this dish, seemed like they just tossed everything in at once. A bit price-y for the weight as well, but overall decent option if you're craving ma la like I was!

This place is very clean, friendly staff, great value, and delicious!!
I enjoy the taste of the soup base and sometimes I am adventurous and try mildly spicy.
The place is always meticulously clean and has a great vibe to it.
Would recommend!!
