stones that we could use and how much we would need. When the stones were delivered we were sure that we would need more. However, Rose’s calculations were spot on!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have done 2 projects with stone from Grand River this summer. The first was using a Permacon wall system and the second using natural stones. Both experiences were great! The staff worked with us coming up with alternatives for arrangements for the wall and with us going back and forth with colours. The second project they went above and beyond moving around the 6 and 7 foot long stone steps to allow us to see how they would stack and give us ideas for spacing. Further more delivery was great and they placed all the items with care on our concrete driveway without a mark. I am not sure what some of the other reviewers were talking about with service - all I can say is that I find if you treat people well, you are treated well in return but the staff at the Stoney Creek Grand River definitely start out extremely nice and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered rebar as per Paul's calculations and paid in full and in advance. There was alot of rebar left over, and they (grand river/ allstar steel), came to retrieve the over delivered product. The product quantity was counted by 2 of their employees and myself, and the quantities were confirmed by the 2 employees and myself. No refund was given until many phone calls and as being ignored by Paul, Tracy, and Florin, until finally a partial refund was given 4 months after many attempts to obtain a full refund. BUT the refund is less than half the amount owning. And again contacted grand river ( tracy, paul, florin) multiple times to correct the situation, and they " keep passing the buck around". It is now 9 months since this occurred, and they do NOT want to refund the balance of the return that is outstanding. We are just asking for the balance of the return that is outstanding. If we knew that they would not refund the return, we would have kept the material since we paid for it in full. If anyone decides to purchase products from Grand river or from any of its divisions (all star steel), beware of their return policies and questionable shady business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Black Mulch that was of great quality and got lots of compliments by neighbours. Ordered few yards of Pea Gravel and am so pleased with both products. Service was great and workers very knowlegeable and friendly.
Definately will go back for any supplies I need and highly reccomend Grand River.

Very rude, unprofessional and I feel like this location doesn't want to service their customers. I wouldn't give this place my business that's for sure.
