My wife went in to look for a bra extender, they gave her one for free. That's customer service! She will be going beck to purchase from them next time.

They have great customer service and very friendly staff. They helped me a lot to choose a bra and also gave me a prosthetic breast for my sister-in-law to try.

Rude staff and poor customer service. I was there today with my mom to get her fitted for a bra. This was at 11 am and the store closes at 2 pm. The older lady working there said she could not help us because she has the three fitting rooms in use and one lady on the way over. So it takes 3 hours to fit three or four people?? No asking us if we would mind waiting. Went to Princess Lingerie instead. Got my mom all set.

I have been coming to Gracefully Yours for some years now. With each visit I make to this store, I am greeted by a very friendly and accommodating Cheryl. She knows what she is doing and she cares for her customers. However, the girl whom I dealt with today--I think her name is Caitlyn--had no customer service whatsoever! She was rude, impatient, and she made me feel insignificant. I asked to receive a type-written receipt so that I can submit it to my insurance. Whenever I asked Cheryl in the past, she always accommodated; but Caitlyn refused. She even argued with me as if I did not know what I was talking about. All she did was photocopy the receipt she gave me. I could have easily done this at home. Please have someone who as is at least competent in their role if Gracefully Yours would like their customers to keep coming back.
