โ โ โ โ โ Bubble tea is as solid as you will likely find. Lose stars for the points system. There are some legit rewards but redeeming them and even knowing what you can redeem is convoluted at best. We ended up not only spending more than we needed to, but also losing out on rewards because we not only had to find them about points, but had to ask the cashier about them since they said "ask the cashier's. By that point we were 'too late'
Hard to complain about not getting free stuff, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth when they actively screw around with you like that.

โ โ โ โ โ This is one of my favourite bubble tea places. They always make my drinks right and theyโre always delicious. They also honour mask exemptions unlike other bubble tea places. It is hassle free and the customer service is always great! Thank you!!

โ โ โ โ โ I never been to a Gong Cha location and I regret not having done so much sooner! You are greeted with the delicious aroma of milk tea and tapioca, which makes it impossible not to succumb to the wonders of their drinks. As a brown sugar lover I had to try both their Crรจme Brulee Brown Sugar Smoothie and Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea with 2J. My taste buds were blown away. The sweet and tasty tapioca perfectly complemented the milk tea . I couldn't find any faults with their drinks except for the fact I couldn't get enough of it. They allow you to customer the amount of sugar and ice in the drinks. This is a nice feature I hope all boba shops adopt. Whenever I see a Gong Cha, I will make it a point to order a drink or two!

โ โ โ โ โ I havent tried the bubbletea at Gong Cha, but I am addicted to the matcha ice cream! It is the perfect amount of matcha and super creamy. The mango is just okay, the mango flavour is very faint. The egg waffle is very fresh and tasty. Service is great and the prices are super reasonable. If you get the ice cream and waffle combo, it is definately shareable between two people!

โ โ โ โ โ The OG of bubble teas for me. A wide selections of milk tea for lactose intolerant and for milk tea lovers. Their milk foam series does not disappoint. Services have been always good even their branches in Asian countries.

โ โ โ โ โ I came in just before closing (I'm sorry!), however the staff remained patient and friendly even though I ordered egg waffles which take time to make. The waffles had a pleasant crunch to them and the pearls in my drink (milk foam green tea ordered with pearls) were a nice level of chewiness. I definitely recommend the milk foam series, especially for those who enjoy a sweet and salty combination. The foam was sweet with what seemed to be a hint of cheesy tanginess. My husband and I enjoyed the quality of the waffles and drinks and we will for sure be coming back again, thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ Really great bubble tea, and rarely is there a line so you are guaranteed to be served quickly. Their pearl milk tea is just as good as Chatime, and their boba is yummy.

โ โ โ โ โ Delicious drinks and great snacks! There are unique flavour combinations like strawberry and Oreo smoothie. Might sound weird but actually tastes pretty good! There are no tables to sit, so youโd have to take out.
