★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been in May always close when we passed 2 times in Golden. The sani dump is great, but it was out of service beginning of May. Great to have free water too, but they put a hose without a connection so it's impossible to connect it to the RV to fill up the fresh water tank!! Just need to be improved!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled through Golden in August and stopped in at the Centre for a rest and some information. The two young people working were so friendly, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with a few travel issues we were experiencing. Thank you for your kindness! It was very much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real surprise! great coffee and excellent staff. Good resources. Well laid out. Even has a dog enclosure with water for the dogs. A very upbeat design, a must see for all travellers. Great innovations. A real surprise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rest area to stop at. Bathrooms always seem to be clean. They have a RV Sani-dump site but they charge $7 to dump at which I feel is a very steep price. If this was a privately owned location, that price would be ok but it’s not. We came to the region and spent our hard earned money to businesses that pay taxes to the municipality. That should be sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rest stop. There is a visitor centre that is staffed and will answer any questions you have. There are washroom facilities available and they are clean and well lit. There are picnic tables here. It’s a really nice stop.
