★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in, in a very pleasant mood today morning around 10:30 to pick up Steeped Tea but was utterly disappointed and appalled with behaviour of a service attendant named Dianna. Called for the Manager, who's name was, Ashley she displayed a very mature behaviour and gave me a patient hearing which was only the good part but I feel the owner run Tim Hortons need to train the owners more in management as it reflects on a poor Top management, its evident that training is not up to the mark for front line server level, as it was obvious, from the body language of the next attendant which was still very unwelcoming, when she delivered the parcel of my order at the front. Absolutely, disappointing for the service standard for any Brand which is so popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here to get a coffee for the husband and I thought that I would splurge and get a donut.
The Tim's was tiny and it did not have much of a selection of anything and it was not at the end of the day.
I would just suggest that they make it look more like a regular Tim Hortons and try to have a better selection of goods and maybe try to have some product in their display cases.
Other wise, the apple fritter was yummy and my husband is not too happy with the way Timmy's have changed their coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spot right off the highway for a quick stop and nothing more. No dining area, just a counter to purchase and pick up drinks and doughnuts. Washroom was clean & accessible. Co-located with a traveller's convenience store & gas station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there were other options besides pork, bacon and ham...Canada is a different place then it was 20 years ago, not everyone eats pork, please expand your menu to offer more breakfast items that does not offer pork, please and thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a Karen who works here. Yee be warned. Go through the drive-thru. Definitely want to maintain 6 feet distance from this staff. Bad service. Disrespectful. Go to the other one in golden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely garage place rude staff 1 time I never had a worse coffee at tims coffee was watered down 10 percent coffee 90 percent water. I asked staff to replace it his his eyes went to his brain I have no idea y my 14 year old son got yelled at by all 3 of the staffs highly don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped at this place around 4 pm on March 10 because there is tesla supercharge station next to it. There was a young boy and a lady working here. The boy wasn't that bad at the beginning. The lady was very rude. They made mistake on my steeped tea and got mad on me. I made the full payment. They took my steeped tea away and refused to give me another cup of tea. The lady threatened to call police. I saw that she touched the food with her bare hands. There were people looks like homeless hang out at this store as well.
