He went over and above to help us sort out the problem. Our thanks to Alex for his help and great customer service. Layzee Acres should be very proud to have such a good employee. It’s people like Alex that will keep the customers coming back.
J	Jerry Masse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased our 2021 Grand Design Refection from Lazzy Acres in October 2020 and had a fresh build from the factory. Picked up the trailer in April 21. The dealership installed the 5th wheel hitch in my 21 Ford F150. John who did the install was very professional and did an awesome job. Because of Covid we had no orientation of the unit, but being an owner of trailers for most of my life this was no big deal. However this was the first 5th wheel we have owned so my wife and I had no knowledge what so ever regarding hooking it to the truck and unhooking once we got to our destination. But John after the install took his time and and showed us every thing we needed to know. No worries! Thanks John! Grand Design makes a very good RV, you can tell by the quality that goes into it. Very solid build! We love it! My only complaint was that on previous purchases we were given a $100.00 store credit, but nothing this time! However we saved lots of $$ on the price!

After a dismal unit walk through, we took the unit home to find that the sewage pipe was not properly flushed, resulting in raw sewage on our driveway when we opened it up. I called the service department and was informed that errors occur and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to someone who informed me that a manager would not be calling me…..and without listening to what the the issue was from me, hung up on me. I would say that even though the pricing is good from Layzee Acres, the service was severely lacking and unprofessional.
S	Sydney Wiseman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been reading a mixture of reviews for Lazyee Acres. I was surprised to see anyone have anything positive to say about this business. I pre-ordered a trailer in April, explaining that I required it in July for a move across Canada. Once I made a deposit of 4000$ they increased the price of the unit by 1000$. I spoke with their financial department the first week of July and finalized the sale. After getting handed to multiple representatives I was informed that the unit I reserved was no longer available. I was also informed that they withheld this information while I was finalizing the sale. I would recommend that anyone considering buying a trailer from this business looks elsewhere.
S	Steve Romiti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making a purchase at Lazy Acres was the worst buying experience in my life. If you want to be hung out to dry after the check is in their hands buy from them. I was a long distance buyer. After the sale was finalized I never heard from my salesman again. No orientation no warranty review nothing. The trailer left the hands of this crooked outfit with more things wrong with it that were so obvious that my 10 yr old grandson was able to recognize the issues. But Lazy Acres did nothing to rectify them before delivery and were no help after with warranty issues knowing I was long distance . The bottom line is stay away and don't get caught up in their lies.

This is by far the best experience we have had and I can’t commend all the staff enough for the commitment to customer service they provided. It was a great experience from start to finish and my wife and I could not be happier with our purchase.

They are very detailed on what I have to do to secure the appointment, what is required when I arrive and provided additional drop off the night before. Staff is professional and very courteous. When I arrived paper work was all in hand and drop off was quick. The work they performed was very good. They did additional work on an issue I had with power Leeching I thought I had with my system on goodwill at no charge. Great experience Allen
