Highly unprofessional reception. I called them to book an appointment and there were several people in line. I waited for 2 hours before my call was picked up, and explained patiently that I wanted to book an appointment for a scan for my mother. The lady said very rudely that I can't book on the phone. However, my mother's doctor already faxed the referral papers days ago and was the one that said to call them! She hung up on me directly, and the amount of time I spoke with her was only a couple minutes. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

I was very impressed with the care I received. The staff were professional, caring, and efficient. Everything was explained to me and that left relaxed rather than anxious. Job very well done. Thank you for being there for us.

Wonderful experience. The radiologist was so kind and caring. I was not expecting that level of duty of care. Keep up the good work. Doing a MRI can be a stressful events. It was lovely being looked after in a way that makes you feel you are cared for. I would however recommend that the team create a better triage experience when you approach the front desk as I had to stand outside for 20 minutes in the cold and my appointment started 20 minutes late for a total of 40 minutes wait time for a booked appointment. I understand COVID protocols change things but it is not practical to have people stand outside that long simply because someone is a head of them at the front desk in the dead of winter

I have just been to this facility and I must say, I was treated with the utmost respect, caring person named SAMANTHA! I had a bad experience elsewhere and was extremely nervous to have this procedure done but she alleviated ALL my fears, checked with me frequently to see if I was ok, explained with each setting how long it would be, gave me a black eye shield so I felt secure. It was so appreciated to feel comfortable during a procedure that lasted at least 20 minutes. Samantha, you are the best! For anyone wondering whether to go to this place, I give it a 10/10!

The receptionists are unbelievably rude. I called asking for my results and was told no, I have to pay for them through a third party. Then she proceeds to have a conversation with someone else in the office while on the phone with me. When I asked β€œexcuse me?” She rudely told me she didn’t say anything to me. How unprofessional. I was also rudely greeted when I arrived for my MRI too. The actual techs were lovely though, I wish I could remember her name because she shouldn’t be part of a bad review. Quick booking, but I’d rather wait for another facility for scans in the future.

It was a quick in and out and when it comes to book an appointment they do have a lot of flexibility and options over the weekend and late evenings as well. The staff was professional and my mothers mri was done swiftly. The only issue is with front desk staff as they were not that friendly but not sure if thats how it works in these imaging centers or probably one of those days. I had no other issues. The plaza has a lot of parking. The place also has a washroom for patients.

I had a CT Scan at GNMI 300 Harwood Ave S., Ajax on May 25, 2022. I would like to commend the 2 women at reception - Michelle and Rose. It is apparent that they work under stressful circumstances. Covid protocols are still being followed here and they are responsible for monitoring their adherence. It is a very small reception area, with customers arriving frequently. Some must wait outside and are not necessarily happy to do so. Also, the clinic has gone paperless, which is a noble goal. But, from my observation, many of the customers do not speak English as their first language. Or they are not proficient navigating online devices for filling in forms, etc. I include myself in this category. Michelle was very patient with me and others, who were having some difficulties in this regard. Both women were very pleasant with everyone that I witnessed them dealing with. I think they should be commended.

You know people are truly smiling when their smiles reach their eyes as well. And in today's times with masking, it's such a warm welcome. Overall a great experience. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. The MRI technician team helping me, walked me through every step of the way. Giving a specific shout-out to John who explained every step before it happened. That's a huge help when you're feeling worried or anxious about your health. Thank you all.
