★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent question for an appointment today, I’ve been on hold for a total of 45 mins and was hung up on, when called back she threw me onto hold immediately I couldn’t even get out that it was an urgent question regarding my upcoming appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the front receptionist is just unpleasant and seems miserable, she should not be dealing with people. my ultrasound tech was quite, i couldn’t see the screen i stared at the ceiling …. waiting for her to say something ANYTHING .. i finally had to ask “so are we all good ? healthy? feedback?” she thankfully says yes .. then i heard the heart beat for 3 seconds and that’s it. horrible experience. i felt like something was wrong the entire time i have no clue what she wa s looking at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front of desk staff and X-ray technician was great!! They were super friendly and made the visit easy and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give 5-stars is because the man who did my ultrasound was not as friendly as the staff mentioned before… he was very robotic, bossy, cold and rough on a sore injury. I felt very rushed to clean off the almost entire bottle of gel he used on my ankle and I didn’t even bother tying up my shoes in the ultrasound room because I felt he was annoyed that I was struggling to get my shoes back on. Maybe he was just having a bad day?…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an appointment at 1:10pm and because the nurse had to take a break my pregnant wife had to wait for more than 30 minutes standing in the lobby. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior recovering from pneumonia so I had an appointment here today. Arrived at 10:15 as per the confirmation email received and was told the "computer" said 11:15. Was made to wait anyway in a waiting room that was maybe 12x12 feet. There were 8 other people in the room as well as 4 staff. When I said there were too many people in the room the staff member replied "absolutely" and then proceeded to do nothing about it. Stay away from this place. Absolute chaos and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never had such a terrible experience with a receptionist. The younger lady working the desk was the only thing that helped me understand the situation regarding me being emailed the paper because of Covid. The older lady just rolled her eyes and me and tried to belittle me. Very very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly and professional, from calling to make the appointment to arriving at the clinic. I had an appointment for an ultrasound and was taken on time. It was also a very short wait time for an x-ray, as well. Overall, a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best imaging clinics around. Very happy with the service provided. The ladies were absolutely wonderful. I was in and out in 15 minutes for my ultrasound which was nice having a full bladder. Will be coming here for all my appointments from now on. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
