★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Courteau-Beaumont est à l'écoute et Medecin compétente ( pour le peu que je connais). La clinique GMF semble mettre le patient au cœur de leurs services.
 Dr Courteau-Beaumont is attentive and competent Doctor (for the little that I know). The GMF clinic seems to put the patient at the heart of their services.

Elle est rassurante et prend le temps de bien expliquer tout en répondant à nos questions/inquiétudes. Mes filles et moi avons de la chance d'avoir une médecin de famille si dévouée.
Dr Lemire is excellent. She is committed, human and listens to her patients.
She is reassuring and takes the time to fully explain while answering our questions / concerns. My daughters and I are fortunate to have such a dedicated family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a wonderful clinic until Dr.Gelinas left Jan.5th 2020 & now since I'm not a patient anymore They treat me like scum. Avoid this clinic now as they don't take new patients & when you doctors gone they don't care if you dropped dead. I miss my doctor & now I have none. If you're a patient here & your doctor leaves don't expect anything from them, but rudeness & I quote ''Figure it out on your own'' if you're in crisis. Welcome to Quebec! No humanity left in this society. I'll figure it out on my own alright, it'll cost society way more money doing it my way than if I would've got the help in the first place.

Where do I begin!!! Terrible clinic!!
My son suffers from kidney stones! He finally was able to pass one and bring it to the clinic to be analyzed!
Today we were advised that they lost the stone and that's it!!!
I had to request three times that I speak with the owner of the clinic to make sure that the doctor is aware of the incompetence of the staff.
After speaking with the owner I was advised that they were sorry but this rarely happens and they are overworked and there is a huge doctor shortage! That the medical system is in crisis!! Completely unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didnt want to give this office a star but had no choice unfortunately. Absolutely medical negligence from this clinic!!! I live with 3 rare & life threatening health conditions and the pharmacy has been faxing my doctors office repeatedly for medication renewals to be signed by my family physician at her request. I found out today that my doctor ONLY works from home by fax without any knowledge by her patients. Just how many times does my doctor need to be faxed before she responds, so far 5 faxes in 6 wks without a response and clinic also refuses to assist in me getting the meds I so desperately require to stay alive & functioning. The pharmacy also refuses to assist without my doctors signature. I will be filing a complaint about this clinic for failing to update me about my doctors exit from clinic as well as filing another complaint against my physician for medical negligence, yet again!!
