I felt so much energy moving & tingling in my body during the session and Katie was bang on in finding a few areas where I could feel there were some major blocks. After the session I felt so much lighter as she worked to release them. I’d definitely recommend seeing Katie!

I also had the pleasure of taking her kids yoga teacher training. This trauma informed training brings in all the tools of child development, including prenatal development right up to working with teens with special needs. I highly highly recommend this training for therapists, counsellors, social workers, teachers, daycare staff, parents or anyone working with kids!
