★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been in chronic pain for years and having had a few unsatisfactory physio appointments in the past, I decided to try out a local RMT. Crooks & Co came highly recommended, I am happy to say with good reason.
After a decade or so of slouching over a keyboard, I was painfully stiff with poor posture. Garfield gave me an assessment that aligned with what I already knew, as well as touching on some important factors doctors had failed to notice. I was impressed by his attention and care and immediately felt at ease.
In addition to his thorough assessment and obvious knowledge in his field, Garfield is personable, grounded and fun to talk to. It became quickly evident that he cares for the overall well-being of his patients and takes the time to make sure things are done properly.
Armed with new knowledge, homework (stretches) and after only two appointments, I was astonished to rediscover the delight of touching my toes – something I hadn't been able to do since I was a child and something that hadn't even crossed my mind as a stretch I was capable of doing.
Garfield is an exceptional RMT and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their life through a more healthful connection with their body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garfield is exceptional at what he does.
He assessed my sons ongoing groin problem. He determined the source of his constant discomfort.and then through massage therapy released his deep hip flexor and glute muscle tightness. He showed my son what exercises he needs to regularly with proper form in order to maximize the massage benefits and prevent further aggravation. All of this to help him get back to his sport. He truly cares. We drove all the way from White Rock well worth the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would absolutely recommend Garfield, especially to anyone who is an athlete or dealing with a sport related injury. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, but also takes the time to get to know each client individually. His initial assessment was very thorough and he quickly identified my imbalances/areas of concern. Afterwards he took the time to run through my exercises with me to make sure that I properly understood them. He is a fantastic RMT and I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garfield is the best RMT out there. I have had back, neck and shoulder issues for decades and seen many "professionals". He is the one who actually relieved, healed my body issues and does the necessary work so one's body can stay pain free and move in ways one's body should move. I could go and on but Garfield IS the best. I am a busy person: mom, runner, student and work...... and seeing Garfield is a treat for me!

He was super knowledgeable, explained everything, and was able to pinpoint problem areas. The massage itself was amazing - I experienced a noticeable decrease in pain and tightness and my range of motion increased after just one massage. I would highly recommend seeking him out for treatment!
