It was definitely out of my comfort zone going to the gym but became the best decision ever. She’s not only my coach but a friend and support system, and my life is better with her in it. Your mood really turns upside down after just a phone call with her. I feel stronger and healthier with not only maintaining my weight and muscle but also making balanced meals. She can make a personalized gym program for you, for home or in gym, and also a meal plan! The best part is you don’t have to get rid of your cheat meals!!??Khrystel is affordable too, but with quality results. Sometimes I wonder if I should be spending the money but why not invest in yourself? It’s the best thing you can do instead of being stuck with the want to change, but never actually doing it. Feeling more confident is worth all the money in the world. ?

I previously used to train with her at a different gym, now train at Genesis Athletic. Ive noticed a big improvement on my mental health since working with Khrystel, she has made me enjoy training.
