With all Assurances , it was there.....NOT .. sad to say I think they were more interested if they could get me in the door there would be a sale , regardless.... when your my size of guy the limits of what is available to me are definitely limited ... so I guess it didn't work out Lots of selection , however ...perhaps they were down a bit of inventory pre Xmas Won't come down on them too hard , but I did go out of my way to drop in based on their suggestions. 6'6 36 inch inseam 36 waist 37 arms 14 shoes 66mm width glasses I get it , it's tricky But if u don't have it You don't have it in inventory... The glasses we purchased didn't even last 3 months and staff refused to get us in contact with the owner (and the sales person we purchased from). Cheaper glasses can be found elsewhere and any supposed bargain prices here are likely to end up way costlier in the long run with "lab discounted" repair costs.

The staff went above and beyond helping me with my daughter's broken glasses. They were very informative and knowledgeable, unlike the chain store I bought the glasses from a month prior. I will be bringing my business here!

I had to go to the nearest optometrist in the area. I walked into this store and received superb service. I was greeted immediately , minimal wait time for my tests. Each test was explained clearly. The gentleman was very professional. Guided me through the entire exam, explaining each step as we went along. Also discussed the findings in terms I could understand. A very gorgeous and pleasant lady made sure I found frames that met my needs. They helped me get a good fit, and the styles that complimented my complexion. Great selection of frames, in a very inviting setting yet easy on my wallet. Couldn’t thank them enough during my vision emergency.
