★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended this location first time earlier this yr. staff was caring & helpful for every aspect of selecting glasses etc.Dr. diagnosed a concerning eye issue with me & set a follow up apt.It was great to see a Dr who cared.So now my whole family now attends this clinic. Same great service each time.thank u to all the great staff u make a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice at this clinic is do not pay up front wait until you get your glasses otherwise reimbursement will take you weeks and they will tell you it’ll just be a few days and then you’ll call and they’ll tell you that again I’m still waiting for my money two weeks later I chose not to purchase the glasses as they told me I would get full range with the reading and I did not and if I wanted that I would have to pay extra be careful

On hold to talk to a receptionist for half an hour. I’m working in healthcare and our clinic receives hundreds of calls every day, we don’t keep people waiting for more then a minute. What am I supposed to do when I can’t even speak to anyone. I can’t go to pick up the glasses as I can’t make an appointment unless I speak to someone. Useless and rubbish service. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always had a good experience with the eye doctors and the people that help with the eye glasses, but wow, the people in reception! They don’t smile at you, and act as if your presence at the counter is a huge bother. I felt uncomfortable and wondered why they seemed so grumpy.

Tried to book for my kids today, unnecessarily hung up on me twice. After 20 total mins and 3 calls later.. was told they aren't booking until mid April. I said ok, I'm going to call around. She scoffed and laughed. The whole situation was incredibly rude, unprofessional and frustrating.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just before Covid I had expert assistance picking glasses that worked with my prescription, life style and face. Now whenever I fall off my horse, they straighten things up for me with a smile! I will be coming back when I need a new pair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting business! We gave in our kids glasses to get new lenses put on. When we went to pick them up, they told us we owned over $200 from a previous appointment from last year that they forgot to charge us for. They told us if we don't pay, they will not give our kids glasses back which are prescription glasses that they urgently needed. We will never go back to this unprofessional and disgusting business. Avoid this place!!
