The first time Scott appraised our house, I was very impressed that he actually suggest we rent it out, instead of sell it, at that particular time. He was clearly focused on our best interest with our current situation, rather than focusing on a sales commission. Since Scott also has experience with rental properties, we found him to be a wealth of information.
We did rent out the house, at his recommendation. Eventually came the time to sell that house, so we enlisted Scott's help again. He was professional, as always, and the staging service he provided helped us get top dollar for our home. It looked amazing!
Scott has since helped our sons purchase their first home. We recommend Scott to anyone who asks, and will enlist Scott's services again in the future when the opportunity arises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Scott was a very good experience. Not knowing much about buying a home as I am a first time home buyer he made it pretty easy. Any time Id ask to look at a place I was able to see it at any time that was convenient for me so he was very flexible. If I ever messaged him with a question he would respond quickly with an answer and probably the best part was he wasn't like a normal salesman who tries to push something on you to close a deal or anything. He would be super patient let you take your time walking around the house your looking at, answer any questions, tell you about the place and help out wherever he could. I will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.
