★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had all my windows replaced by GIT. I was very impressed by the sales representative Monsieur Saucisse as he was very patient with me . I changed my mind on the style and size of the windows several times and he stayed accommodating with all the changes that had to be re-done numerous time on the quote. The team is highly competent from sales to installation. Luigi, director of pre-sales and after sales came in person to measure few times and make some changes to a window afterwards. I can confidently say that they care for the quality and service of their product. The after service was great as well! A big thank you to the entire GIT team from a very demanding customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 15 windows and 2 doors (all aluminum) through Mr. Paulo Avilo. The installation was done in 2 days. Very well done. Mr. Paulo checked with us after the job was finished, if there is something they missed. I took this as a joke. Would go back (GIT) without hesitation for another order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like our windows but the service after sale is absolutely terrible and very poor.
I contacted them in November 2020 about six (6) windows that the protective sun shield (Thermo Tech)
In between the glass is all changing to a foggy stain. They told me that they will call me back in the spring.
Thermo tech has a warranty of 20 years we feel the installation wasn’t done properly and after 10 year we had to changed the middle wiindow the glass was also foggy.
Last week received a call asking us how many windows need to be replaced and today received an estimate for over $6K.
This is ridiculous!!!!

Both times Paulo Avila was the sales person and I must say that I never had such a good service: an honest, competent, and detailed explanation of all the options, very friendly, and I also found the quality of the door + windows excellent - and this for a price that is acceptable for what they offer. I had already bought with famous Marvin before - GIT is so much better; they really care about their clients and also the finishing was very well done. I very much recommend GIT (and ask for Mr Avila!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 9 windows and 1 big hallway window for a 6 plex building. The salesman Paulo Avila was very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and patient with his work and he helped us a lot for making our final decision.
Their installers were amazing. They were punctual, very clean and hard working guys.

So was Paolo when explaining me advantages of GIT products and preparing the contract. I would definitely recommend GIT to any of my friends as I got it also recommended by my friend Thank you for great job

We were referred by friend to G.I.T for its high quality windows and doors and Paolo went through the whole process with us from beginning till the end and made sure we had great installers to get the job done.
