★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off 2 Atv tires to be changed onto a different rim was told 2 hours and retuned 3 hours later and was asked to come back the next day , they did complete the job as I waited but at a rather steep price! and when I questioned if it was right the owner became defensive , will not return ! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a valve replaced there and my tire fell off a week later, having to pay $325 for towing services which I tried recovering from that shop but to no avail even when I was told they will cover some or all of the cost for the towing. Thumbs down! The owner seems like a decent person but the staff was careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to say off the top, there was going to be a 5 star rating until I was 3 mins down the road and my low tire pressure monitor came on. Seems that installing my summer tires that sat all winter in a shed, didn't warrant a tire pressure check once installed on my car!
The service was fast, friendly and seems like all employees are eager to please.
As a say, sadly my experience went from great to ughhhh...really... now I have to get my own air compressor out to ensure my tire pressure is legal for the rd. 2 tires really needed air. Hopefully they normally would check tire pressure when getting changed. Hope Winter swap is a better experience but I will speak up to ensure it's done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Gilroys for years. They sell me tires at a competitive price and the service is tops. The guys do the work quickly and correctly and when you go back to make sure the limits are torqued correctly they double click each but just to be sure. And they'll store your toes for only $40 per year. First class place, you can't beat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riddle me this: Can't drive my husband's vehicle into the shop. Because covid. But, Can have multple people in the same space with no PPE and can talk to clients with no mask, barrier etc.
Also, I noticed that the snow on the driveway wasn't well maintained - a big oversight for a business whose job is fixing/changing tires.

Overall, not bad service just a few things that didn't make sense to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a flat tire while staying in Kearney for the week to work. It was a Friday afternoon and I needed to get home which was 300km for me. Gilroy's had a full schedule but still took me on in a pinch and did a very high quality job(patched from the inside) of repairing my punctured tire. Great crew and customer service.
