★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for the 2015 Ford Mustang on Friday and it was available Sébastien told me they started my credit application and that they set a virtual appointment next day 11 am to call me and no one called or emailed me, i tried calling for the next 3 days after that and they kept transferring me and no one answered then i called again on tuesday and they told me someone else reserved the car and paid deposit, very unprofessional don't deal with them.

EDIT #2: All is well, my wife had the 2nd key in her purse and the remote for the tv/dvd does work after cleaning out the battery compartment a 2nd time. Apologies, our mistake!
Stephanie Barbeau was super nice to us after-sale, and I would recommend Automobile en Direct @ St-Hubert.
