Projet: Une dalle de béton d'environ 6 pieds par 2 pieds 3pcs.
2 erreurs:
1- la pente de la dalle est dirigée vers la maison.
2- il y a eu creux juste devant la porte, d'où accumulation d'eau et lorsque ça gèle il y a risque de tomber et se blesser.
Pour corriger, on m'a conseillé de, soit resurfacer soit de poncer (buffer) la dalle. J'ai pris des informations auprès d'autres cimentiers question d'avoir l'heure juste sur ces corrections. Et non, ces 2 solutions ne conviennent pas que ce soit pour la durée de la réparation ( resurfaçage) soit au niveau esthétique (poncer). Et puis, pourquoi ne pas bien faire au départ au lieu de faire corrections.

WORK Poorly DONE.
Project: A concrete slab of about 6 feet by 2 feet 3pcs.
2 errors:
1- the slope of the slab is directed towards the house.
2- there was a hollow right outside the door, hence the accumulation of water and when it freezes there is a risk of falling and injuring yourself.
To correct, I was advised to either resurface or to sand (buffer) the slab. I took information from other cement manufacturers to have the correct time on these corrections. And no, these 2 solutions are not suitable either for the duration of the repair (resurfacing) or aesthetically (sanding). And then, why not do it right at the start instead of making corrections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait affaire avec cette entreprise l'été 2021 pour refaire et recolorer mon crépis de solage avant, ainsi que le perron et escalier avant de ma maison.
Tout a été réalisé avec soin, dans le souci du détail, avec de bons conseils, et entièrement nettoyé à la fin des travaux.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'entreprises qui ont autant à cœur de rendre un chantier avec des finitions parfaites, mais Cimental en fait partie.
Ils m'ont même laissé la fin du pot de peinture et le rouleau pour que je puisse faire le reste du solage moi-même.
Je recommande fortement.
I did business with this company in the summer of 2021 to redo and re-color my front foundation plaster, as well as the front porch and staircase of my house.
Everything has been done with care, attention to detail, with good advice, and fully cleaned at the end of the work.
There aren't many companies that are so committed to making a job site with perfect finishes, but Cimental is one of them.
They even left me the end of the paint bucket and the roller so I could do the rest of the grounding myself.
I highly recommend.
