Très professionnel, très efficace, ponctuel en plus d'être un excellent gestionnaire de projet. Nous avons confié à MÉNARD Construction - Philippe Ménard - la construction d'un agrandissement d'un balcon au deuxième étage de notre maison, un agrandissement de plus de 450 pieds carrés. Depuis notre première rencontre qui visait à évaluer le projet et à préparer une soumission, et ce jusqu'à la fin des travaux, Philippe nous a toujours tenus informés des développements et des retards dus à la pandémie. Il a commencé les travaux au moment opportun et a maintenu le chantier dans un état de grande propreté, ce qui nous a permis de continuer à profiter de l'extérieur malgré les travaux. Philippe et son équipe sont courtois, ponctuels et surtout très professionnels. J'e n'hésiterai pas à faire appel à MÉNARD Construction pour tous mes futurs projets de construction et de rénovations.
