Ne s'adresse pas avec respect aux clients. Annule les rendez-vous malgré que nous lui expliquions que nous avons pris conge du travail pour le moment où le rendez-vous etait fixé. Il privilegie ses plus gros clients payants au detriments des autres.Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie. Mauvais service, pas professionnel et les engagements après vente ne sont pas respecté. J' ai paye pour faire faire un video de mes tuyaux pour trouver d'ou venait le probleme. Le video devait m'etre envoye par courriel dans la signature du contrat. Cela n'a jamais ete fait malgre que je leur ai demande une nouvelle fois. Very bad experience. Cancel the appointments despite the fact that we explain to him that we have taken time off from work for the time when the appointment was fixed. It favors its largest paying customers at the expense of others. I do not recommend this company at all. Bad service, unprofessional and after-sales commitments are not respected. I paid to have a video of my tips to find out where the problem came from. The video was to be emailed to me when signing the contract. It was never done despite the fact that I asked them again.

Il débarque chez nous et au lieu de faire le travail pour lequel je l'ai appelé, Mr se met à faire des remarques incongrues et à critiquer. Si j'ai fait appel à un plombier, c'est parce que j'ai essayé et je n'ai pas été capable d'enlever la cartouche du robinet très grippée. Ta job c'est d'essayer de trouver une solution et non raconter ta vie et chialer après le monde. J'ai appelé un autre plombier qui est venu 30 minutes après et tout de suite réglé mon problème sans faire le moindre commentaires. Very bad experience. Not at all helpful. He shows up at our house and instead of doing the job I called him for, Mr starts making outrageous remarks and criticizing. If I called in a plumber, it was because I tried and was not able to remove the badly seized faucet cartridge. Your job is to try to find a solution and not to tell your life story and complain about the world. I called another plumber who came 30 minutes later and immediately fixed my problem without commenting.

He complained about the previous plumber not doing his job right, then drilled through an electrical wire and tried to tell me it was collateral damage and the wires shouldn't have been there. I told him i wouldn't accept that. Without saying anything to me he took it upon himself to repair the wire by putting in a junction box that wasn't there before (now need an access panel in the ceiling for it to be code compliant which he didn't know or care about). His attitude was generally angry and resentful. Finally he only charged for the plumbing repair but his attitude and general contempt... I won't hire this company again.
