We hired Westside renovation for a Home extension project. We were lucky to find a very experienced contractor who does things right. With all the challenges of very old houses renovations. Bruno and his team were able to deliver an astonishing family living room that exceeded our original project expectations with a topnotch quality. Bruno and his team are reliable, professional and committed to delivering quality workmanship. They deal with subcontractor that are also very experienced on what they do. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend them.

This was our first project with Westside and they were really fantastic. The project was to add a floor to a split level house and Bruno made sure we had everything we needed on time, including the plans and supporting us through the permit process. During the work we were consistently impressed with how fast they were and how clean. Everyday we would visit the house and the site was always cleared and clean. Throughout the project Bruno kept us informed, provided recommendations and really worked with us to help realize our vision. Bruno's team have been amazing. They are always on time, and so open to answering all of our questions and making sure we feel good about the progress and outcome. We want to call out Armando and Sothy especially as they were on our project the longest and were really awesome to work with and everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend and would definitely undertake another project with them.

We had our basement done by Westside which included a bedroom, washroom, family room, and staircase. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. They started and finished on time, and stayed within our budget. Bruno, Armando, and Dave were very easy to work with and always very friendly and helpful. I want to send Bruno and the whole team of Westside Renovation, a huge thank-you from our family. For several years, I wanted to give my home a new look and feel, opening the kitchen / living room to create an open concept. Unifying the various updates that were done over the lifespan of the house, renovating the house to reflect who we are. I hesitated, as many people do, home renovation can be a scary undertaking. I want to share my experience, in short, Bruno and the Westside team were fantastic. Bruno ran the project, on time and on budget. Everyday I knew what was happening, what the next milestones were, what I should expect when I arrived home, and what was on schedule for the next days. I was informed, yet never overwhelmed. In all conversations, I’d share my thoughts and vision, and Bruno provided guidance and recommendations, things to think about – sharing past experiences with me so I could think things through with more information and make better decisions for what I needed and wanted. The team, Dave, Omar and Armando, as well all the tradespeople were professional and meticulous in their work. I cannot say how thrilled we are with the end results; the open concept living space/ kitchen, updated bathroom, (I love my tiles!), fireplace surround, and my amazing mini mud room, are beyond my expectations. We hired Westside Renovations for our renovation project which included 2 additions to our home, new flooring and a new kitchen. Bruno was very open and transparent since the very start when we were evaluating contractors which is something we were looking for. Bruno’s team (Dave - Project lead, Armando and Omar) all worked very well. They were always consistent with their work schedules, explained what they were doing and what was coming up, cleaned up after the work was done and were always there to answer all of our questions. The work of course is also an important criteria and I must say, the work was well done which we are very pleased of. On a personal side, we really got to know Bruno given we interacted for 3 months. We got to realize that Bruno has integrity and always goes the extra mile to keep his clients pleased. Oh and he’s a funny guy too ? We now have a beautiful home that we can enjoy with our family and friends for the holidays!!! Thanks again to Westside!

We hired Westside Renovation for our project which was a major renovation including an extension and renovation of the entire 3 floors of our home. We are overjoyed with the final outcome, Bruno and his team worked hard to make it happen. He exceeded our expectations. BASEMENT RENO - DECEMBER 2021 In December 2021 completed our third successful major reno project with Westside Renovations. After Bruno & his team completed our fantastic home reno in 2018 and company offices in 2020 there was only one guy I needed to call when we finally got round to finishing our home basement (bar, bathroom, gym, tv/lounge area, pump room & storage rooms). You get what you pay for but with Bruno you get that added reassurance of an honest upfront price and knowing you're working with an entire team of professionals you can trust 100%. A special thank you to Armando & Sothy who worked incredibly hard and fast to finish the project well before our Christmas deadline. Also a huge thank you to Bruno who re-arranged his work schedule to complete our project before Xmas rather than the planned post Xmas. As always Bruno managed the project & his team like a well oiled machine. Issues always come up on reno projects but in Westsides safe hands things have always stayed on time & budget, that's not what we hear from just about everyone else we know. Undertaking a large extension and renovation project, especially in Montreal, is a daunting task. Having come to the end of such a project we feel lucky and relieved to have selected Westside Renovations. From the first meeting Bruno was enthusiastic and fully committed in our vision. Upfront clear contracts and payment terms as well as assistance through the architect and city planning stage all helped move this first phase on quickly. Bruno’s planning and project management was key to success but he’s supported by a first class team onsite. Led by David Roy Westsides team of builders and decorators were totally trustworthy, honest, hard working and took great care to ensure every detail was to our wishes. They went above and beyond what we would usually expect from other contractors. One of the key factors and benefits of working with Westside is Bruno’s extensive network of suppliers and contacts. This benefit is not only to utilize A1 suppliers and tradespeople but Bruno was also able to help secure and negotiate substantial discounts. Despite numerous small and large obstacles which arose during an 18 week construction project Bruno was always up to the task with positive assistance to resolve any issue, all with a sense of humour and smile. Although it was an 8 month project from planning to completion every stage went very smoothly exactly as promised.....no headaches, a safe pair of professional hands.
