★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some souvenirs to buy here. Worth a peek in. You can also purchase your fishing license here. They will try to sell you an extra rainbow tag for $10 on top of your regular license. Just say no if you're fishing within the arm.

A souvenir one-stop-shop, with the best selection of postcards in the entire region, and some great books on the history of the area.
Fair gas prices.
A fun stop if you're waiting for the ferry, and worth a peek even if you're not.

Staff weren't helpful to a couple of novice fishermen/ladies - we asked for some tips and lure suggestions whilst buying licences and equipment but got very short answers and the slight feeling we were just being nuisance tourists. The shop was empty whilst we were there so slightly puzzled as to why.
