So I got there only with an idea and they had only two days. The team is friendly and try to do everything they can. I only told them which flowers I like and which I don't like. I'm still in love with the bouquet. Took it around the world and it's still alive. I dried it and put it in a frame to remember. But it survived the flight without any problem. Thank you so much Billies House!!!

I went to the store the next day to ask to them to refund him and they did. A lady in the reception talked to me first and she has to get another lady (who's probably the owner) to come up to me. The second lady was atleast nice to apologized and offer to deliver the flower to me but I declined. I was really disappointed since they never clarify anything as to why they forgot about the order. They also didn't even contact us about the order that they missed and we had to contact to them first about it. My bf also told me that he called around 1 pm on valentines day to ask about the delivery time but he told me that the lady on the phone sounded irritated when he called. I never do reviews but i'm really upset with the customer service that we got from them. I just hope this doesn't happen to other people.

Also, loving my dress, I didn't want to overpower it. They were super flexible with adjusting my flower package to what I wanted, selecting the flowers that could survive the heat, and working with my budget.

When I contacted Billie's House late on a Saturday from another province, I spoke to someone who managed my call in a friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable manner. Not only did the team at Billie's put together a beautiful bouquet for Cordelia's Locket opening at last minute, it arrived just in time as the doors were being opened for the first time. Never in the interaction was I made to feel I was asking for the impossible - only helpful service. And all at a reasonable price! Whether you live in the area or across the country, this is a great place to order flowers and spread joy.

Their staff was friendly and helpful when I called to make some changes to my greeting card (twice!). My order was exactly as requested ("Love in a Mug" - it looked very much like the picture on their website but with my requested colour palette) and was delivered the same day according to my detailed delivery instructions. Perfect! I'm looking forward to ordering from them again.

I immediately liked that their offerings were different than the standard online florists, so decided to use them. I called, told them what I was interested in; their florist made an excellent recommendation for a beautiful orchid and pretty pot to go with it. It was delivered the same day and my niece was delighted! Needless to say, I was very happy with their products and service - something to be lauded in these challenging times. I definitely recommend Billies House and will use them again.
