I had a minor issue with shipping damage (not their fault) and the fine folks at Kootenay Soap got back to me immediately to see if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation. Great homegrown quality product. Treat your wife! Treat yourself! Just do yourself a favor and check these guys out:)
