I was in contact with 2 other realtors in town but Fiona was the one who did her homework and continuously kept me in the loop until I was ready to list my home. She provided me with up to date comparable data and I was able to confidently sell my home very quickly and received above the asking price. Fiona has an intimate knowledge of the downtown area and was able to guide me through exactly what needed to be done to get my home sold over asking. She acted quickly and efficiently to get the job done. She is very organized and I appreciate the constant communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend Fiona as a Realtor when buying or selling in Squamish.
