Service client incroyable! Nous sommes pris en charge dès l'arrivée. La conseillère est bien à l'écoute de nos besoins/goûts. Elle prend le temps de nous expliquer les différences entre chaque option, nous donner des idées, etc. Nous y sommes allés une première fois simplement pour se faire une idée, en disant au départ qu'on n'achetait pas le jour même et qu'on faisait juste regarder, mais nous avons eu droit à un service exceptionnel pareil! Nous y sommes donc retournés pour compléter l'achat et y retournerons pour tous nos autres planchers! ??

Amazing customer service! We are taken care of upon arrival. The counselor is attentive to our needs / tastes. She takes the time to explain the differences between each option, give us ideas, etc. We went there for the first time just to get a feel for it, saying initially that we weren't buying the same day and that we were just watching, but we were treated to such exceptional service! So we went back to complete the purchase and will be returning for all of our other floors! ??
