★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the homedepot customer service desk for an online order that went sour because of employee error. The CSR did not comprehend what I requested and wasted over 30 minutes of my time. Very frustrating experience. I clearly explained 3 times what the problem was, and the CSR eventually transferred me to a store manager who could do nothing for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up my new gutters using their curb side pickup. Very quick and easy! Once we discovered they wouldn’t fit in my car, the sales associate very patiently helped me tie them securely to the roof. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to this home depot to buy paint and drywall. When I asked for service at the paint counter, the employee just walked away. This isn't the first time but for me it's the last. Don't waist your time here. They don't deserve your business.
