★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They canceled the night before they were supposed to do my first clean on my house. The reason was because I wasn't " a good fit". Not sure what qualifications you need to have your house cleaned but it was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Glad they saved me the trouble in the long run.

I booked a clean that was cancelled by the company due to weather, we rescheduled, I then had to reschedule again as my household had covid. They no showed on the reschedule and I have never heard from them again. I’ve left emails and voicemails. I even rebooked online and received two confirmation emails only to have another no show. It has been an extremely frustrating dealing with this company. It appears once they have your money they do not respond.
