AIMEE and PAIGE from Molly Maid in Sherwood Park do a great job in their regular monthly cleaning of my home, I am always well pleased...But today was special - I had asked for extras as well as the usual cleaning . I needed a section of bathroom wall washed and it was very well done. I had also asked them to move my stove and clean under it , the outside of the stove and the wall around it and the INSIDE of the oven ( I have been unable to reach in for a long time - it was really dirty. After AIMEE and PAIGE were finished and gone I opened the oven I WAS AMAZED - THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN LOOKED BRAND NEW ... Molly Maid is fortunate to have such excellent employees..

Hired Jennifer to clean my moms house for her birthday. She did an amazing job and my mom absolutely loved it. It was worth every penny! I will be using this company again. My mom is even going to start using this cleaning service regularly!

After speaking with Jennifer i waited 2 days for a follow up email to book a time (had a hiccup in her company, her words), we agreed on a date and time. The cleaner arrived very enthusiastic, and i felt a little rushed going through the house with her, i wasn't able to finish my sentence without getting talked over but that's fine... our home is cleaned regularly by both of us but with some sickness happening i thought this would be a nice treat. the cleaner made a comment that it may take a few times to clean the shower doors...Im like what? it comes pretty clean for me. Anyway as i mentioned i could barely talk to her as she seemed very rushed and started asap. I arrived home and went through the house. I immediately felt the floor wasn't properly cleaned (i was in bare feet) looking under both dog dishes was still dirty, hair was left in the shower drain, bedroom rugs and dog steps to our bed were left piled on a doggy bed, indoor front mat left outside, steel rack in kitchen not cleaned (sink was though) dirtiest baseboards not cleaned, spot cleaning of walls not done. We have a cleaner that we use who took the time to ensure she knew what my biggest areas are and they were cleaned well. a one bedroom one bathroom main floor was all we needed cleaned (no carpet) 4/1/2 hours seems excessive unless extras like door ledges, windows, front closet door wiped and and leather furniture dusted.(none of these was cleaned)..I emailed Jennifer my feedback after transferring the money and heard back four days later again with the reason she is just catching up on admin. She validated my email which was ok ..just i expected a little more (partial refund as i cleaned after the cleaning lady) ...anyway I only wish i took a video of the house to send it to her. long review but honest one...

We are a family of 4. Always on the go.. in out and upside down. Always a mess somewhere. SCS has been cleaning our place for a while now and they always do a fantastic job. Through and detailed. And they will tailor to your needs as you see fit. We highly recommend them. They free up a lot of time for us to do what's important. 10/10!

JE Cleaners are conscientious, courteous, on time, very efficient and pleasant to work with and be around. I currently hire them weekly for a full house cleaning and will continue to keep them working for us. It’s such a treat to have more time to do other things. All of their cleaning products are provided including vacuums and mop/pails. Such a treat!

I get regular cleanings from the company and have nothing but good things to say. The cleaner always greets me and if friendly and professional. She always asks if there is anything she missed the past time she was there, or if anything extra needs doing and is very accommodating when I don't get everything tidied up from my young kids before she arrives. I love that the cleaners are low scent and leave the house smelling fresh and clean for days after. I recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services
