P	P M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Mom 2 Mom through a good friend and their colleagues. Steph and Jeremy at first were very kind and seemed professional. I was preparing my home for sale and made deals with them to purchase some items from my home, leather couch set and offered my beds for free. I also gave them some items that could help their business such as a two day old shop-vac vacuum and paid them fully in cash for the hours work. They wanted the couches and did not have the funds to pay so I allowed them to take them with the promise of monthly payments. When they came to the house to collect the couches and beds they helped themselves to a dining room table and chairs that I did not say they could have, the set was left to me from my grandmother who has passed away and I was quite disappointed they did not say anything about it. Due to the fact I was moving overseas I let it go. Times were tough for them in January and then followed with COVID-19 so Steph told me she could not start payments, 7 months later I asked for them to start payments and she refused telling me I’m welcome to collect the couches and they will not pay me after using them for that duration! Knowing I’m overseas and cannot physical collect, then they proceeded to block me and not return my messages. I have friends willing to collect my property and they will not return my messages to arrange. Bottom line is I would not trust this people in my home and I am hoping to warn others to not fall for their scam. Also they use photos of my home at the time without my permission
