Logement propre et rénover, de belles grandes fenêtres. Ont remarque que c'est bien entretenue, l'homme à tout faire est toujours disponible, très courtois. Madame Morneau est une femme qui a , à coeur les locataires. Je suis très satisfaite et compte rester longtemps dans mon appartement.
I live here since 2019, block very clean apartment. The very clean corridor. Courteous people. Quiet place close to schools and services. Clean housing and renovate, beautiful large windows. Have noticed that it is well maintained, the handyman is always available, very courteous. Madame Morneau is a woman who cares about tenants. I am very satisfied and plan to stay in my apartment for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je trouve que leur travail est impeccable. De plus je suis toujours bien accueilli au bureau et l'ambiance est chaleureuse! Je suis locataire depuis peu, par contre je peut vous garantir qu'ils sont à l'écoute de leurs locataires. L'entretien du bloc appartement est parfait, je ne pourrais pas faire mieux disons. Sans oublier que la tranquillité est au rendez-vous. Je remercie Gestion Simard Simovex de m'avoir trouvé un havre de paix.
