Instead of fixing your virus infected website, how about you fix your buildings infested with real bugs. You think i did not call you ? I did, you never call back. Please reply to my formal notice. I can tell you received it from your servers. Get ready to hear from my lawyer, renting a building that you know is infected by roach and doing very little but basic prevention to keep them at bay for a few weeks at most is not professional even more so when you don't even do my apartment and tell me you cant do only one tenant at at a time and i have to wait for a batch extermination that only targets those that complains. What am i supposed to do meanwhile, live in roaches ? What about the contimination to my brand new oven or fridge ? will you pay for that ? You can be sure i will ask the other tenants their opinion and ask them to post reviews of their experiences.

I signed the lease October 2017(they delayed my move in till the 5th to have repairs done but was never done) and still these things have not been fixed. I withheld payment (October 2019) to get their attention because I have been ignored, then they sell the building and threaten to have me evicted. When it rains I have water damage, and in the winter I have to use tape, cardboard, and towels on my back door to keep my home from freezing. There response was to call the new landlord. Do not rent from this company, I see other reviews(tenants) saying they have a roach infestation and I am so glad my problems are "mininal" compared to theirs because roaches can carry diseases.

From the day I moved in this company has treated me terribly. For two weeks I had an extra stove, fridge, washer and dryer that they said would be gone when I moved in. My movers wouldn't touch them, obviously, then they expected me to pay their guys to move my things after they took theirs. A couple of months later they demand I let them in for an inspection but don't work with me to set a time, and when I tell them I can't do it in the middle of the day they threaten to go in without my consent, something the police told me was considered breaking and entering. Then a few months ago they sent me a letter they expected signed, I told them it would come with the next check in a month, they said ok, then less than a month later sent me an angry email demanding I send it when it was already in the mail. And now, not even 7 months into my lease I have been stuck in an apartment filling with cigarette smoke because the dryer vent is pushing air from other tenants into my apartment. I had to email them twice to get a response saying they will get back to me at the end of the week and instead I get a notice of increase in rent. I had to send them a registered letter to get them to finally respond, but again they don't work with me to set a time, they just demand I stay home all day waiting for a call. No call, no one showed up, and I lost an entire day of work and god knows if this problem will ever be resolved after a month of inhaling smoke. EDIT: So, as the below response claims, they provided several options to resolve the issue, but let's be clear, their options were, a) offer me money to take down my review, which I will never do because people deserve to know who they will be dealing with before signing with them, and b) threatening harassment if I didn't take down my review. I have emails as proof. Thankfully, I just ignored them and never heard back. However, since then, two more issues have happened. First, in the fact that they renovated the bathroom in the apartment above me which, according to the plumber, they bought the cheapest parts available for, resulting in leaking which almost caved in the ceiling in my bathroom. When I relayed this information to them, they said they would get right on it, but once again I was notified at the end of the day Thursday that someone would be coming the next day, forcing me to cancel an appointment with a client that resulted in me losing a minimum of $960. On top of which, a hole was made in my ceiling which I was told would be there for a week, but 3 weeks later and there's still a hole and my shower keeps filling with plaster and other garbage. Second, rather than admit they lost my check for June, they sent me a notice that I was behind on my payments. I know 100% they lost the check because I sent them 3 checks for April, May, and June, and the first two were cashed. I know I sent them 3 checks because I have been sending 3 checks at a time for literally years, to them and previous places I have rented. DO NOT sign with this company, they are disorganised, rude, and will end up costing you far more than just rent. Also, as a last note, it's quite interesting to see that the majority of their 5 star reviews are from nameless/faceless accounts which have only ever left 1 review. Clearly this is an attempt by the company to offset the numerous 1 star reviews by actual people.

Rented an apartment managed by this poor excuse for a business. Non responsive, insect infested and poorly maintained apartment that was rented with a fresh coat of paint to hide all issues. After leaving numerous voice mails and "service forms" filled with polite requests of repair I was recently contacted for a rent raise. I would have left this apartment long ago if it weren't for the 1 year lease and I wouldn't want my worst enemy to live in a such a terrible place. The business might be making "profits" to the owners but at the cost of degraded living conditions for the tenants.

This is a company that manages rental property for landlords, and my experience with them has been good overall. Their staff has been courteous and professional, and when I've had to report issues with my apartment, they were quick to respond via the request form on their website. In my experience they did a good job at managing the property, as long as the actual landlords would sign off on it.

One star reviews are 100% true. Instead of taking care of us and finding alternative parking, they said “speak to the city”. I pay over $100 a month to NOT have to do this, but I did during MY workday. When the issue wasn’t resolved, he straight up didn’t reply and said to keep my negativity to myself. Sorry I’m negative about shelling out thousands of dollars to a company that couldn’t care less about us. Like do your job and stop making excuses. Or maybe just find a job where you don’t need to interact with people. Whether I’m right or wrong, what kind of company talks to their paying tenants like that…? Lol but either way I was in the right. Like I said, perhaps get a new job.

We got locked out of our apartment because the front door lock was broken from inside. We called them around 5 pm to send us help and they said they will send somebody to fix it. Nobody came or called. I called them like 5-10 times but they keep saying the same thing. Useless service. They kept us waiting at -10 we froze outside.

I live in a 4 1/2 in Cote des Neiges and I had a great experience with this company. When you look a little more into it, they are not actually landlords. They simply manage the property for the landlord, so the experience depends a lot on the landlord of your particular building and their willingness to implement the changes or to pay for the repairs needed. As for the company I gave a 5 star because they do what they are supposed to do: communicate and take action on the things needed. I have always received a reply and a technician always comes max 48h after to fix whatever is needed. 5 stars and very good customer service in general. My apartment is also constantly getting compliments over how nice it is :)
