★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purchased a unit from them back in 2012 and every unit has had issues ever since . Fast forward 10 years and we have had structural issues , balconies detaching and crumbling . They do not respond to any communication. Stay away from this developer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the building exterior is not completed I love my condo and balcony at Milhaus and cannot wait to use the pool this summer. Maria and the staff are super nice and always try their best to accommodate us. Once the building is completed it will be beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We definitely have a positive experience with Mondev at the Myriade. The manager Alexandra has been extremely helpful showing us the units and addressing our concerns. Based on my experience I can recommend Mondev units either to rent or to purchase (I have done both). Their team is superb and caring!

They care and always get back to you. I would definitely only recommend a Mondev Property! Thanks for everything and making it truly feel like a home.
